Australian P25 ham radio repeater map
P25 has a small but dedicated following in Australian with a number of repeaters up and down the Australian East coast.
Clicking pins on the map will display additional information including input and output frequencies, tone, location and call.
Clicking the square icon at the top left of the map will unfold a list of all repeaters on the map. The repeater’s pin will be highlighted when you click on it’s call.
P25 otherwise known as Project 25 or APCO-25 was developed in North America in the 1990’s for the public safety, security, public service, and commercial markets. P25 started to gain some popularity in amateur radio circles in the mid to late 2000s as more P25 capable equipment became available on the used market.
